§1 Provider & Execution
The inquiry is submitted via SI Shape Industries GmbH, Bismarckstraße 22, 66111 Saarbrücken, Germany (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”). The PerformanceDiagnostic is carried out by the partner ALC Physiolab GmbH, based in Cologne, Germany.
§2 Service Description
The offered Performance Diagnostic is a comprehensive HYROX-specific performance analysis, tailored to the individual goals and needs of the athlete. It includes biomechanical assessments, sport-specific function tests, and medical performance parameters.
The regular price is 699 EUR (incl. VAT).
§3 Inquiry & Process
Users can submit a non-binding inquiry via the landing page. After submitting the form, an automatic confirmation email will be sent. A representative from ALC Physiolab GmbH will then reach out to schedule a non-binding initial consultation.No payment or contractual obligation arises from submitting the form or participating in the initial consultation. Only after the personal conversation, and mutual agreement, can a binding appointment be scheduled.
§4 No Guarantee of Execution
There is no entitlement to the Performance Diagnostic. ALC Physiolab GmbH reserves the right to decline inquiries due to medical contraindications, limited capacity, or organizational reasons.
§5 Eligibility & Liability
Participation in the Performance Diagnostic is at the participant’s own risk.
Participants must inform ALC Physiolab GmbH of any relevant health conditions in advance. The Provider and ALC Physiolab GmbH assume no liability for any health risks resulting from incomplete or incorrect information or pre-existing conditions.
§6 Data Protection
Personal data submitted through the inquiry form (name, email address, and optionally phone number) will only be used for contacting the user and arranging an appointment with ALC Physiolab GmbH. Data will not be shared with third parties and will be deleted after the contact is completed or upon request. Further information on data protection is available at www.get-shapes.com/imprint.
This is a free competition to enter and the winner will be chosen randomly after the London Olympia Hyrox race on the 8th May. The winner will be notified by email.
§7 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
The agreement is subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
The place of jurisdiction, as far as legally permissible, is Saarbrücken, Germany.
